A short clip from 1995, as “Lucky” is chosen as the single from Help, the War Child album. They are honoured, and kept out of the organising so it would stay a collective thing, a slightly more ego-free version of the old band charity records. They are glad it was “Lucky”, the best song they had written that month, rather than something re-released or re-recorded. Before that, one of them asks viewers to write in and tell him how to wash a particular pair of trousers. They have been touring America and Japan, and one of them had his cricket bat confiscated at Chicago airport after customs asked what he was doing with this paddle, and he answered, “How dare you sir, this is a cricket bat.”
