Radiohead on MTV 120 Minutes
The plan for a video for every song on OK Computer came halfway through the recording, from Dilly Gent, who commissions their videos.

Matt Pinfield's promo of OK Computer came sealed in a Walkman that played Thom Yorke's voice too fast, so he smashed it to get the tape out. Yorke, Jonny Greenwood and Ed O'Brien tell him on MTV's 120 Minutes how the album moved from the converted apple shed where they rehearse to a big house outside Bath, where Phil Selway drummed in a playroom among the soft toys. In a studio, one of them says, “you feel like you're being experimented on all the time”. The idea of a video for each of the 12 songs came halfway through the recording, from Dilly Gent, who commissions their videos, and a million dollars, one of them jokes, should cover it.
