Tinitus
A title, a misspelling, and two names: Jonny Greenwood and Charlie May.

what the old site knew
The preserved 2003 page says only that it is an unknown song written by Jonny Greenwood and Charlie May. May is the Spring Heel Jack and Sunscreem producer, which makes the credit interesting and unexplained.
The spelling here, with one n, is the 2003 site's own. This archive keeps it rather than correcting it, because the point of preserving a page is to preserve what it said.
A separate thing shares the name: the “Tinnitus mix” of “Stupid Car”, released on the Volume compilation series. Whether the two are connected is not documented.
