Radiohead's Belfast crowd came from at least 13 countries

Fans from at least 13 countries were at Radiohead's sold-out Waterfront Hall show in Belfast last Monday, Anita Gibney of Wonderland Promotions tells the Belfast Telegraph. They came from across Europe and as far as Israel, Canada and Japan, though local fans made up the core of the audience. The tickets were sold worldwide, and only through the band's website. The show sold out weeks ahead, yet calls pleading for tickets were still coming in days before the band arrived.
It was Radiohead's fourth Belfast show, after the Conor Hall in 1993, a “secret” warm-up at Queen's University in 1997, days before they headlined Glastonbury, and the Odyssey in September 2001.
They want to come back and we are trying to make an arrangement once their touring commitments have been fulfilled.
