Phil Selway answers fans' questions in an online chat

Phil Selway spent an hour on the Webchats site this afternoon, from 4pm to 5pm, and answered more than 20 questions. The subject was the Samaritans. Radiohead are backing the charity's new campaign, which asks people to rethink their attitudes to depression, stress and other emotional health problems, and have given it an exclusive live recording.

Phil has been a Samaritans volunteer for more than 16 years. Webchats say he believes anyone may need the charity at some point in their lives, but that the stigma around mental health makes it hard for people to ask for help.
