Radiohead put “Spectre” on the back of a “Burn the Witch” seven-inch

Radiohead announced on Twitter on Thursday 12 May that a seven-inch of “Burn the Witch” will be in UK independent record shops from Friday, with selected shops in other countries soon after. The B-side is “Spectre”, the song the band wrote for last year's James Bond film of that name. The film went with Sam Smith's “Writing's on the Wall” instead, and Radiohead gave “Spectre” away on SoundCloud on Christmas Day.

“Burn the Witch” came out with its stop-motion video on 3 May and opens A Moon Shaped Pool, which has been out as a download since Sunday and is due on vinyl on 17 June. A week ago the American shop chain Bull Moose had already listed it, for 16 May and in shops only, saying it came from a pressing of 2,500 copies with 2,150 of them going to independent shops.
