the shindig tape
It appears on the 1990 demo tape that fans call Shindig, listed there simply as “The Greatest Shindig”. Fan archives hold that its music fed into “Maquiladora”, the B-side released in 1995, which if true makes this the oldest surviving root of anything on a Radiohead single.
