Radiohead write to their mailing list with a single and 26 dates
Radiohead have written to their mailing list with a new single, “Anyone Can Play Guitar”, out on 1 February, and 26 live dates under a heading that already calls them the Pablo Honey tour. Pablo Honey is to be the band's first album, and it is still weeks from the shops.
The single comes on 12-inch, cassette and CD, with “Coke Babies” and “Faithless, The Wonderboy” as the other tracks.
Many of the rooms on the tour are ones the band played on their headline tour last autumn, the Wheatsheaf in Stoke and King Tut's in Glasgow among them. London's only date is the Underworld on 4 March, the night before the run closes at the University of Glamorgan in Treforest. Oxford gets the Venue on 20 February, the home-town night.
