Radiohead end their Portuguese run with “Creep” in Porto
Radiohead closed their second night at the Coliseu do Porto on Saturday with “Creep”, played on its own as a third encore and the last song of their five Portuguese dates. It is the band's first “Creep” since the South Park show in Oxford in July 2001, and the only one of the 2002 shows so far.
On Friday eight of the songs were not yet on any record. “A Wolf at the Door”, “Up on the Ladder” and “Where I End and You Begin” had their first outing in Lisbon on Wednesday, and “Lift”, an older song the band have never released, was in the set as well.
Both nights opened with “There There”, as every show of the run has. The two Porto nights followed three at the Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon, and the run now moves on to Spain, starting at the Kursaal in San Sebastian.
