Radiohead miss a fourth straight Q award for Best Act in the World Today

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have won Best Act in the World Today at the 15th Q Awards, held in the daytime at the Grosvenor House hotel in London. They accepted it by video message, and beat Radiohead, Muse, U2, Coldplay and OutKast.
A win would have been Radiohead's fourth in a row. They took the award in 2001, 2002 and 2003, which equalled R.E.M.'s record of three, won in 1991, 1994 and 1995.
Radiohead went home with nothing, which Xfm calls a first for them at the Qs.
