Bono says he wants to hear Radiohead on MTV

Bono has explained his remark that U2 had “Kid A'd” themselves to death.

I used Kid A as an example, because I love the album.

He tells Metromix that U2 do not have the energy to take on the pop machine. He does not hear Thom Yorke on the radio and does not blame Radiohead for staying away, but he would like them on MTV, firing the imaginations of 14 and 15-year-olds the way John Lennon fired his at 14.
