Radiohead's “My Iron Lung” goes on sale for Rock Band

“My Iron Lung” is out this week as a download for Rock Band, on Xbox Live Marketplace first and on the PlayStation Network from Thursday. It costs 160 Microsoft Points, or $2.

Harmonix, who make the game, added two other songs with it, Weezer's “Buddy Holly” and a cover version of The Pretenders' “Brass In Pocket”. Each is sold on its own, so all three come to 480 points.
