Philip Selway to play Canada for the first time as a solo artist
Philip Selway will play his first solo shows in Canada in August, at Osheaga in Montreal and the Mod Club in Toronto, on a new North American leg of his tour for Weatherhouse, his second solo album. Osheaga, already booked for 2 August, now opens the leg. It follows the April dates announced in January, both weekends of Coachella included.
The sets draw on both his records, Familial and Weatherhouse. His band are Quinta (Kath Mann), Chris Vatalaro and Adem Ilhan of Fridge. Ilhan played on Weatherhouse and will open every headline show himself as a special guest before taking his place in the band.
