Jonny Greenwood plays a new piece, “Lola Choir”, on Flying Lotus's Radio 1 show

Jonny Greenwood made the guest mix for Flying Lotus's Residency, his monthly show on BBC Radio 1, on Thursday evening. He ended it with the first play of a new solo piece, “Lola Choir”, and also played “De-Tuned Quartet”, a demo from his 2007 score for There Will Be Blood that DIY says had never been heard before.

Most of the rest came from his score for Inherent Vice, with an instrumental version of “Spooks” from the film's soundtrack. There was a Thom Yorke track in the mix too: a remix of his solo song “A Rat's Nest”, which Fact counts as a premiere.
