Thom Yorke writes new music for rag & bone's short film Why Can't We Get Along

Thom Yorke has written new music for Why Can't We Get Along, a short film from the fashion label rag & bone starring Ansel Elgort and Kate Mara. Benjamin Millepied, Aaron Duffy and Bob Partington directed it together in a single day, with artists from American Ballet Theatre and the Bulletrun Parkour team.

Dancing Astronaut treats the music as a new Yorke track in its own right: six minutes of ambient synth loops over a glitching beat that keeps time with the video's effects. It says Yorke has been writing for the label's promotions since 2015, including “Villian”, which has never been officially released.
