Stanley Donwood had known Yorke at Exeter and had never heard “Creep”. For his first Radiohead sleeve, My Iron Lung, the two filmed things on a hired camcorder, played them on Yorke's television and photographed the screen: about 50 attempts, all terrible. The one they used, the NME said, was four video generations down: “some legs and a limo”.
