Jonny's Scott Walker Song
Ed O'Brien's diary mentions it once, under a name that echoes the session where “Creep” was mistaken for a cover.
9 sep 1999
very short and sweet
It turns up at the end of Ed O'Brien's diary for Thursday 9 September 1999, a day spent going through songs from the Kid A and Amnesiac sessions: “Knives Out” sounding like the Smiths, “Optimistic” needing to be recorded before it got lost, and “If You Say the Word”, also called the C-minor song. They finished on this one. O'Brien calls it what he used to call the Jonny Scott Walker song.
His whole description runs to four words, “very short and sweet”, and no recording has been released.

another scott walker song
In 1992, at Chipping Norton Recording Studios, Thom Yorke introduced “Creep” to the producers, Sean Slade and Paul Q. Kolderie, as the band's Scott Walker song, and they took it for a cover. So the band had joked about a Scott Walker song once before.
