Union City Blue
Radiohead slipped Blondie into a French radio session three weeks before The Bends came out.
1979
eat to the beat
Debbie Harry and Nigel Harrison wrote it for Blondie's Eat to the Beat, released as a single in 1979. It is a new-wave song with an anthem hiding in it, named for Union City, New Jersey, where Harry had been filming.

a black session in paris
Radiohead played it at their Black Session, one of the live sets Bernard Lenoir recorded for his France Inter show, at the Maison de la Radio in Paris on 21 February 1995, three weeks before The Bends came out on 13 March, in front of an audience and on air. It came between “Planet Telex” and “Creep”, in a set that was mostly The Bends. France Inter's own list of the session leaves it out; a tape made off the FM broadcast has it, labelled as the Blondie song.
