W.A.S.T.E. deny Radiohead will play the Globe for the Samaritans

Radiohead will not play the Globe theatre in London for the Samaritans, W.A.S.T.E. say, after British newspapers reported on 11 February that they would. Mungo at W.A.S.T.E., the band's mail-order and fan club, says staff at the Globe misunderstood the news that Phil Selway has agreed to help organise the Samaritans' benefit concerts, planned for later in the year.
