The second of Radiohead's two nights at the Bank of America Pavilion in Boston, on 4 June and 5 June, brought back “Knives Out”, unplayed since 2003. In the first encore “Weird Fishes/Arpeggi” took the place the printed setlist gave to “Jigsaw Falling Into Place”.

On the first night, which was sold out, Thom Yorke gave the crowd his reason for all the songs they did not know. If we didn't have any new songs, we'd be home right now.1

Boston was the second stop of the theatre run, after the Tower Theatre in Upper Darby, and the band are using it to work up the songs they are recording. Andrew Bruss, reviewing the second night for Glide, counted more unheard songs in the set than songs from any one album. The crowd took to them, he says, even if the old ones got the loudest cheers.

Jonny Greenwood and Ed O'Brien put down their guitars for drums of their own in “There There”. In “Everything in Its Right Place” Greenwood sampled Yorke's voice and bent it out of shape while Yorke left the piano to get the hall clapping.

What struck Bruss most was Yorke himself, far easier with an audience than on earlier tours, when he had looked uncomfortable being stared at.
