Colin Greenwood to stand in for Jarvis Cocker on 6 Music

Colin Greenwood, who plays bass in Radiohead, is to present Jarvis Cocker's Sunday Service, Cocker's Sunday afternoon programme on BBC 6 Music, for three weeks while Cocker is on holiday.

The first programme, on Sunday 7 July from 4pm to 6pm, brings in Jonny Greenwood and the comedian Adam Buxton, a 6 Music regular. The brothers will restage a contest they hold on the tour bus between concerts, in which each takes a turn playing a record he loves and hopes everyone else will love too. Buxton is compere and, for the afternoon, tour manager.
