Philip Selway puts out a video for “Coming Up For Air”

Philip Selway does not appear in his own video for “Coming Up For Air”, out today and made by NYSU, a Spanish film collective. It is a loosely linked run of odd, faintly dystopian little scenes, a touch ominous and fond of optical illusions.

The song opens Weatherhouse, out on Bella Union on 6 October in the UK and a day later in the US.

In Selway's words, Good videos can make you rethink the song that you've written. They also shine a light on what makes the track tick.³
