Radiohead form Dawnnchoruss Limited, a second Dawn Chorus company

Radiohead have formed another company in the run-up to their ninth album, Dork reports. Companies House has it as Dawnnchoruss Limited, Dawn Chorus with an extra n and an extra s, incorporated on 25 February with all five members as directors.

Its stated business is “artistic creation”, and its registered office is 41 Great Portland Street in London, the address of Dawn Chorus LLP. The five registered that partnership on 7 October 2015, and fans who found it took it as a sign of a new record.

The album still has no title or date, though the band announced their tour a week ago. They set up Xurbia Xendless Ltd in 2007, before In Rainbows, and Ticker Tape Ltd in December 2010, before The King of Limbs.
