The Smile to play Nick Cave's day at All Points East

The Smile will play All Points East in Victoria Park, east London, on Sunday 28 August, as very special guests on the day Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds headline. Michael Kiwanuka, Aldous Harding, Sleaford Mods, Japanese Breakfast and Jehnny Beth are also on Cave's bill that day.

The band are on their first European tour, and before Victoria Park they have two sold-out nights at the Roundhouse in London, on 29 and 30 May. The festival announced the show on 25 May and called it the band's only UK festival date so far.
