Dennis Bovell remixes The Smile's “The Smoke” in dub
Dennis Bovell, the dub producer, has made a dub mix of The Smile's “The Smoke”, and XL have released it as “The Smoke (Dennis Bovell Remix)”. The original came out in January, the band's second single after “You Will Never Work In Television Again”.
Dennis' work runs like a thread through so much of the music I love.
So says Jonny Greenwood. I'm more proud than I can say that he's done a dub mix of our song 'The Smoke'.
