Phil Selway is bringing Strange Dance to New York, with a show at Le Poisson Rouge on Monday 25 September. It is his one American date so far for the album, which came out in February, nine years after Weatherhouse.

The Kilkenny Arts Festival, at its fiftieth edition this year, has him in St Canice's Cathedral on Friday 11 August, the first of the Irish Chamber Orchestra's two concerts there. Portishead's Adrian Utley is in his band, with Quinta, Chris Vatalaro, Laura Moody and members of the orchestra, playing songs from Strange Dance and more.
