Daredevil: Born Again closes its first season on “Everything in Its Right Place”

The first season of Marvel's Daredevil: Born Again ended on Disney+ on 15 April with episode nine, “Straight to Hell”, and its final scene is set to Radiohead's “Everything in Its Right Place”.

By then Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) has used an attempt on his life to put New York under martial law. The song plays under Matt Murdock's closing speech as he gathers the friends he has left to fight back. Charlie Cox plays Murdock.

Collier Jennings of Collider credits the choice to the directors, Aaron Moorhead and Justin Benson, and the showrunner, Dario Scardapane. Benson has described the ending on a podcast as one in which the good guys have lost but carry on.
