Yorke brought it to rehearsal during the Kid A sessions without a title, and a week later O'Brien's diary gave it one from its own words.
oh and the new song from 22nd is called 'move along' for the moment.

The 2003 site listed it twice: under that name with the note “Nothing we don't know about this song”, and again as “Gagging Order” once the single was announced.

the sparest thing they released
It went out on the second CD of the “Go to Sleep” single and later on the Com Lag EP. There is essentially no band on it: Yorke, an acoustic guitar, and a vocal recorded close.
The lyric is quiet to the point of politeness and it is about being told to stop looking, which in 2003 was a political statement delivered at a whisper while the rest of the album shouted.
