Radiohead up for two MTV Asia Awards
first posted on Treefingers by Miro · rewritten for the archive
Radiohead are nominated in two categories at the MTV Asia Awards 2004. They are up for Favourite Rock Act against Evanescence, Linkin Park, Metallica and Audioslave, and “There There” is up for Favourite Video against Coldplay, Linkin Park, Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera.
The band's page among the nominees gives a short history and quotes Thom Yorke on Hail to the Thief.
The title of the record goes so much deeper than just being some anti-Bush propaganda.
