Seattle gets its first Radiohead show in the city itself since the Paramount Theatre in April 1998, and the run ends at the Santa Barbara Bowl, where their last American tour finished on 28 August 2008.
Between the two Coachella weekends the band go to Mexico City for two nights at Foro Sol, which were already arranged. On the itinerary Pitchfork has published, Other Lives, the support on the February and March arena run, open the new American shows and both Mexico City nights, where Caribou join the bill.
The same announcement adds Taipei on 25 July, at the Nangang Exhibition Hall, now the last date on the band's itinerary.
Until now the only American concerts for The King of Limbs have been the two nights at New York's Roseland Ballroom last September, around the band's Saturday Night Live appearance. Spin points out that the new dates were kept back until Coachella had published its line-up, so that a headliner's tour would not give the festival's booking away.
