Norton ran the draw on Crowdrise as “Meet Radiohead with Edward Norton”, for Conservation International's partnership with him and the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust in Kenya, which helps local communities earn a living from conserving the Amboseli-Tsavo rangelands and the Chyulu forest. Each US$10 donated bought one entry. The prize was two VIP tickets with Norton and his friends at the first of the band's two nights at the Garden, the meeting backstage and a signed vinyl box set of A Moon Shaped Pool to follow in the autumn. Entries closed on 21 July, and three days later Norton announced that “Julia S from California” had won.
Edward Norton introduced us to Thom and Jonny on Tuesday. They were so nice to us, considering we were just fans who won the Radiohead lottery.

The pair showed Greenwood their sketchbooks, she wrote on Instagram, and both musicians were delighted that Cory works on SpongeBob. Yorke and Greenwood each asked them to draw something for their children, and Srednicki calls the drawings their thanks for the band's time and a great show. Yorke didn't know Adventure Time by name, but when he saw her drawing he said his daughter loves it.
