Lana Del Rey tells São Paulo her “Get Free” lawsuit is over
Lana Del Rey told her crowd at Lollapalooza Brasil on Sunday night that her dispute over “Get Free” was finished. She had just sung it, second to last in her encore at the Interlagos racetrack in São Paulo. She crouched on the stage and lit a cigarette before she said it.
Well, fuck! I mean, now that my lawsuit's over, I guess I can sing that song anytime I want, right?

The row went public in January, when Del Rey said Radiohead wanted all the publishing on “Get Free”, a song from her 2017 album Lust for Life. Warner/Chappell, Radiohead's publisher, had answered her in January that the verses of “Get Free” drew on the verses of “Creep”, that it had asked for the writers of “Creep” to be credited, and that no lawsuit had ever been issued. Neither her representatives nor Radiohead's side have said what has now been agreed.
