Thom Yorke's solo session from Electric Lady Studios in New York premiered on KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic on 4 December, with Radio Milwaukee, WFUV in New York, KEXP, WXPN and SiriusXMU among the stations airing it after. The Current has the whole 34-minute session to hear. Next to three pieces from his Suspiria score he played Radiohead's “Bloom” on his own. He recorded it on 19 November, a few days before his Tomorrow's Modern Boxes tour of North America opened in Philadelphia. Two of the Suspiria pieces he played, “Unmade” and “Suspirium”, have been in the tour's set since.

The interview goes deep into how the music for Luca Guadagnino's film was made.

Yorke put a video of “Open Again” from the session on his YouTube channel the same day as the premiere. It is a little over two minutes of him alone with an acoustic guitar and a microphone, his voice thick with echo.
