In a statement on Instagram the band said Thom has been diagnosed with an extreme throat infection which has made it impossible for him to sing.
3 Treatment is under way.
The two nights move to Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 December at the same arena, so Copenhagen now comes either side of the Berlin run and the tour ends there instead of in Berlin on the 12th. Tickets are good for the matching new night, and refunds are available from the seller for anyone who cannot go.
The band hope Yorke will be well enough for the other two Copenhagen shows, on Thursday and Friday, and the four nights at Berlin's Uber Arena from 8 December.
The tour, Radiohead's first since 2018, opened in Madrid on 4 November and has played all 12 of its shows so far, four nights each in Madrid, Bologna and London. Relix reports that the eight still to come are sold out. The band say they feel terrible, and that we have been so blown away by the audience reactions on these dates and are loving being back on stage again
