Thom Yorke becomes a father to a son, Noah

Thom Yorke and his partner, Rachel Owen, have had their first child, a boy called Noah. He was born on 6 February. A spokesperson for Yorke confirmed the news to NME.COM today, a fortnight on, and the paper heads its report “Ark life!”.

Yorke and Owen met as students at the University of Exeter and have been together ever since. The birth comes as Radiohead prepare Amnesiac, their fifth album, which Parlophone releases on 4 June.
