Radiohead play “2+2=5” on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross

first posted on Treefingers by Miro · rewritten for the archive

Radiohead have recorded an appearance on BBC One's Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, playing “2+2=5”, their next single, out on 17 November. The show, announced at the end of October, goes out on Friday 7 November at 10.35pm, and Samuel L Jackson is among the other guests.

It is the band's second time on the programme this year, after they played “There There” and “Fake Plastic Trees” on 30 May. Ross joked that having Jackson and Radiohead on the same night made him a spoilt brat, and said he had wanted Coldplay but had to make do with Radiohead. Thom Yorke, in his No Star Wars shirt again, heckled him back until both of them were laughing.
