Thom Yorke plays “The Clock” on The Henry Rollins Show

written up for the archive

Thom Yorke is the musical guest on tonight's The Henry Rollins Show on IFC, and plays “The Clock” from The Eraser on his own. Josh Modell of The A.V. Club, who saw the episode two days early, rates the performance good. Yorke also recorded “Cymbal Rush” for IFC's website.

The Eraser came out on XL this week, on 10 July in Britain and a day later in America by NME's account, and the paper reported in June that Yorke had agreed to the show to promote it. Three days ago he talked to Terry Gross on Fresh Air.

The show keeps its music in a separate room from the set where Rollins, the former singer of Black Flag, does his interviews.
