Radiohead got through their second Friday headline set at Coachella, the last night of their American dates, without the sound failing once, and this time “15 Step” made it to the end. A week ago the PA cut out midway through it and again in “Let Down”, and the band left the stage twice.

The running order changed a good deal from the first weekend. Eleven songs came in, among them “Myxomatosis”, “Pyramid Song”, “My Iron Lung” and “Exit Music (for a Film)”, and “Reckoner” closed the main set. Eleven of the first Friday's songs went, among them “Karma Police”, “Airbag”, “Let Down”, “Street Spirit (Fade Out)” and “Creep”.

The day had reached about 97 degrees Fahrenheit, and David Brendan Hall, reviewing the night for Buzzbands.la, says far more of the crowd stayed to the end than the week before. After “Lucky”, Thom Yorke joked, This is where we get cut off1, and the sound held for the whole two hours.
