All five Radiohead members register a new partnership, RHEUK25 LLP
Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Colin Greenwood, Ed O'Brien and Phil Selway were registered at Companies House on Monday 10 March as the designated members of a new limited liability partnership, RHEUK25 LLP. It is the first company with all five in it since Spin With a Grin Ltd, incorporated almost exactly four years ago, on 9 March 2021. About six months later came the announcement of Kid A Mnesia.
Dawn Chorus LLP was set up in October 2015, ahead of A Moon Shaped Pool, and the new partnership shares its registered office, 1 Berry Street in London, with Spin With a Grin and with Self Help Tapes LLP, the company Yorke and Jonny formed in April 2021 before The Smile's first album. A partnership like this lets the band run their business, their releases and their touring themselves, outside a record label.
The band's representatives have nothing to say about what RHEUK25 is for. Radiohead have not released an album since A Moon Shaped Pool or toured since 2018, and the filing turned up in the week of the 30th anniversary of The Bends, which they marked on the morning of 13 March with a video.
When the Australian station Double J asked Yorke last year about speculation over the band's future, he said he was not aware of it. No offence to anyone and err, thanks for caring. But I think we've earned the right to do what makes sense to us without having to explain ourselves
